We start with a short, low-cost trial session (£20) to get a sense of each other. There's no obligation to continue — this is about finding the right fit for you.
If we're a good match, we agree on how often to meet and for how long — open-ended, or a fixed number of sessions (6, 12, or 25) — whatever works best for you.
Through talking — or, if you'd prefer, through creative expression — we work together at your pace, on your terms. You're always in control.
